This Ying Tsui Peninsula project is a duplex unit with four rooms. The owner decided to renovate the unit after living there for more than ten years. The so-called basic decoration refers to the air, fire, water and electricity systems. Wind represents the air-conditioning system, fire represents the fire protection system, water represents the water supply and sewage system, and electricity represents the power supply system.
