To solve this problem, the interior designers planned to install insulating panels and renovate the office restrooms.

First, the designer removed the original false ceiling in the office and replaced it with a new lattice ceiling. During this process, the designers tried their best to preserve everything under the ceiling to reduce unnecessary costs. However, due to severe water leakage problems, the wooden walls and ceilings were moldy and had to be replaced.

In addition, the bathroom in the Shih Mun office was not renovated after the customer purchased the unit. Although the tiles in the toilet were not damaged, the design was a bit outdated and the client wanted to include renovations as part of the office renovation. In order to complete the renovation at the lowest cost, the designer chose to retain the original wall and cover it directly with rock slabs. In this way, designers can effectively improve the appearance of the bathroom in the shortest time while saving the cost of replacing tiles.

In the decoration of this Shimen office, the designer chose more affordable materials and more efficient solutions to meet the guests' requirements at the lowest cost. By installing insulating panels and replacing ceilings and walls, the office is no longer plagued by dripping problems. When renovating the office, more modern designs will be incorporated to make the office style more in line with the preferences of guests.
