In order to solve the owner's storage needs, the designer customized a large wardrobe for the owner at the door, providing the owner with a large amount of storage space. This makes the home tidy, and the off-white wardrobe color also makes the space brighter and more comfortable.

Additionally, the homeowner loved to collect crystals, but the old renovation did not have the appropriate space to display these collections. Therefore, the designer added a display cabinet in the living room. The lower half of the cabinet is used for storage, and the upper half is a glass cabinet to display the owner's crystal collection.

In addition to the above-mentioned problems, the HOS flat in Fu Bao Garden is already 30 years old, so there are some issues that need to be paid attention to before renovating the HOS flat. For example, the waterproof layer of the bathroom and kitchen is aging, the steel bars are exposed, and the concrete is peeling off. The waterproofing project is a very important part, because if there is water seepage problem, it will not only damage the furniture, but also cause the walls to become moldy. To do this, we need to refill the waterproof layer and conduct a water test procedure for at least 48 hours. These issues need to be dealt with first before more superficial renovation works, such as tiling and custom-made furniture, can be carried out to ensure the durability of the new renovation.
