Project Description
Life is flowing down, time is in troubled times
Chua Lam said, "There is no place in the world where traffic lights turn faster than in Hong Kong." In busy urban life, a comfortable and warm home is even more important. The residential design of Rongchang Court exactly meets this need.
The design of this unit is mainly based on simple and bright lines. The overall use of soft tones and warm light, coupled with wooden textures, looks relaxed and natural, allowing the owner to relax as soon as he enters the house.
Among them, as the entrance connecting the outside world and the inside of the house, we will use cabinets with storage functions to form the entrance hall, so that residents can quickly change clothes and place items when entering the room, making the entire space more orderly. The living room, as the central area for residents to relax, uses a square layout to simplify the decoration, maximize the use of space, make the overall space look more comfortable, and provide residents with a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy family time.
The kitchen has a semi-open design, and the marble tiles are both neat and bright. Throughout the kitchen area, cabinets and storage spaces are also arranged in an orderly manner, making it convenient for people to store food and cooking utensils.
Secondly, the bedroom is a collection of multiple storage cabinets stacked into a well-proportioned space. On the one hand, it is convenient for residents to store items and organize clothes; on the other hand, it forms a geometric beauty with the staggered bunk beds, which can be said to have both practical space and visual effect.
The bathroom in front of the bedroom is used as a personal privacy space, and the tone of the entire space is more stable and deep. The mirror in front of the wash basin is decorated with backlight, making it look elegant and sophisticated. In addition, the bathroom in the restroom uses a glass sliding door to visually make the space more transparent.
Overall, the design of this unit follows the concept of "Less is more", whether in the entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom or kitchen, maximizing space to each resident and striving to create a comfortable home for the residents in a busy city. We also hope that every light placed here can illuminate every resident’s sense of belonging.
