Residential Design: 九龍塘 | 畢架山花園

In this residential design project, our goal was to create an elegant and luxurious home environment. The main color is white, with appropriate amounts of gold elements added to the furniture and decorations as embellishments, creating a fashionable and luxurious atmosphere.

The living room is spacious and bright, and mainly uses furniture in soft colors such as beige and white, giving the overall feeling of warmth and comfort. In order to enhance the artistic feel of the space, we specially hung decorative paintings on the background wall and used golden frames to add a touch of nobility to the space. The TV feature wall is highlighted by a beautiful marble pattern design, which, coupled with the lighting, highlights its exquisite and noble style.

In order to match the owner's hobbies of collecting, we designed display cabinets in every corner of the house, connecting the entrance, living room and dining room. These display cabinets display the owner's various collections, including wine, decorations and exquisite tableware, fully demonstrating the owner's taste and unique personality. All display cabinets are mainly white and decorated with golden door handles or frames, which is luxurious and elegant.

The walnut-colored tables and chairs in the dining room inject a classical atmosphere into the space. The patterns on the carpet complement each other and present an elegant style. One side of the dining room is by the window, and there is a green scenery outside the window, which makes people feel relaxed and comfortable. The natural light pouring in makes the whole space more warm and harmonious.

The kitchen is a lively place in the home, so the kitchen door uses a glass sliding door design to make the space brighter and more open.

Bedrooms are designed to reflect the unique personalities of family members. In the room of the head of the household’s son, we integrated blue elements into furniture with white and gold accents, such as lockers, desks and bed frames, according to his preferences. In addition, the platform bed design also provides additional storage space.

This project not only creates a comfortable living environment, but also perfectly integrates art and lifestyle. Every space has been carefully designed to reflect a sense of elegance and luxury.
