Residential Design: 大埔 | 俊亨豪苑

The art of residential design lies in how to use creativity to create a unique indoor environment. For our designers, this is not only a challenge, but also an opportunity to transform their rich imagination into reality. In this design project, we tried to make the entire interior space full of energy and surprise through contrasting textures and interesting light trough designs, creating a very stylish home.

First of all, the designer created different artistic conceptions by using marble pattern walls of different shades in various areas of the house. The light gray marble-patterned walls in the entrance and living room exude a light, luxurious and fashionable atmosphere, making people feel full of art when they step inside. As for the kitchen area, the dark gray marble pattern is the main color, highlighting the steady and elegant lifestyle of the owner. Two contrasting marble textures bring rich visual effects to the space.

The TV wall in the living room is also the design highlight of the unit. We carefully created a feature wall. The unique feature is that the light trough behind the TV is designed at an oblique angle and is cleverly connected to the light trough on the ceiling. This not only increases the layering of the overall space, but also leaves a deep impression. In addition, soft light seeps through the light trough, creating a warm lighting atmosphere and instantly improving the texture of the space.

The design of the master room is based on simplicity and practicality. Due to the spacious space, we designed the master room into a multi-functional area that integrates a bedroom, a dressing room and a study room, allowing the owner to meet most of his daily needs without leaving the room. For added privacy, we designed a striped screen and headboard at the head of the bed to subtly separate the bed. As for the wardrobe, desk and storage cabinets, they are placed against the wall, providing the owner with a spacious and practical work area. The desk has enough space to accommodate the couple working together. The design of the three-sided drop bed also makes the overall feeling more open and comfortable.

Through close communication with the homeowner and careful planning, this design project successfully blended luxury and practicality to create a comfortable, elegant and tasteful living space. We hope that this design will make everyone living there feel the beauty and warmth of life.

This unit took advantage of the hollow space of the original staircase and customized a set of full-height pull-out shoe cabinets that can store forty pairs of shoes, greatly increasing the storage space. The sliding door of the worker's room is equipped with hidden rails, which cleverly hide the worker's room in conjunction with the entire effect wall. The son's room on the first floor uses the stair wall to create a protruding glass partition, which increases the sense of space of the stair and deepens the depth of the desk. The pattern of the glass partition is a cross.

The homeowner’s short story – This is the second time the homeowner has asked us to help design their home. With the first experience of the designer doing everything personally, this time the homeowner let the designer make all the decisions. The result was better than their original idea, and the ending was overjoyed.
