Project Description

This office design project uses simple white as the main color, with the purpose of enhancing the brightness of the space and creating a more spacious and vibrant working environment. In order to avoid a single and boring interior color scheme, we incorporated wood-colored elements into the office furniture to make the entire space more harmonious and layered.

Proper office lighting design is crucial to improving the comfort of the work environment and employee concentration. Therefore, the lighting design of the employee office area is mainly uniform white light, supplemented by natural light from the window, creating a bright and clear work space to further stimulate employees' vitality and work efficiency. In addition, we installed ceiling light troughs in the office corridors, which run through the 30-meter-long corridor and connect the entire office. This not only visually increases the height of the floor, but also creates a sense of indoor hierarchy through soft light, presenting a modern and stylish office atmosphere.

The office area is mainly open-plan, and employees' work desks are separated by lightweight partitions to help promote interaction and communication among employees. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the space, we have carefully arranged multiple lockers throughout the office to facilitate the storage of documents and sundries. For example, we designed tall lockers against the wall to maximize the use of space; and in the corridor, we installed thin lockers to ensure that the corridor maintains sufficient space for passage; as for employees’ desks, we equipped half-length low cabinets to ensure that employees’ vision is not affected and to avoid a sense of oppression.

Each independent office is partitioned by glass, which helps to increase indoor lighting and introduce natural light to enhance the transparency of the space, making the office feel more spacious and bright. At the same time, the client wanted the conference room to maintain a certain degree of privacy, so the conference room adopted a closed design. The design of the black steel glass window frame also creates a fashionable and stylish atmosphere, bringing richer visual effects and a strong sense of space.
